If you have not activated the serial number associated with the product you'd like a refund for, you are likely eligible for a refund.
If you have activated the serial, you own the product and there is no way for it to be deactivated and "returned".
Be sure to double-check the storage/hardware/OS requirements listed at the bottom of the product page for any product you intend to buy.
Can I demo a product before buying?
There is currently no way for me to give access to a product without granting permanent ownership via serial code.
Do you offer educational discounts?
A flat discount for all students/educators has not been implemented, but feel free to reach out via the Contact page to see if something could be worked out on a per-purchase basis.
